Dear God, thank You for this new day and for Your Word that sets the standard and reminds me You have been there from the beginning. Your Word in 2 Timothy 1:7 says, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of Love and of a sound mind.” God, thank You for Loving me first, before I ever thought to look for You. If I’m carrying shame or feeling condemned about something I’ve done, remind me that You are greater than all of it, and You already know everything anyway. That conviction I feel isn’t You pushing me away, it’s Your Spirit pulling me close. Help me live without fear today, because Your perfect Love pushes it out, and there’s nothing left to be afraid of when You are the One holding me. In Jesus’ Name, I pray, Amen.
