Our daily summary, prayer!

Dear God, thank You for bringing me through another day. As I get ready to rest tonight, I’m asking You to help me stop giving away my future by blaming my past. Your Word in Isaiah 43:18 says, “Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old.” God, I know people and the things I’ve been through have made me who I am today, and some of it wasn’t fair. But tonight I’m choosing to take responsibility for where I go from here instead of staying stuck pointing fingers. Help me make good decisions moving forward, not because my past was easy, but because You’re bigger than what happened to me. I give this night completely to You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?
